LEGAL PROTECTION FOR TEACHERS WHO GET BULLYING PHYSICALLY BY STUDENTS
This writing aims to what are the main factors students do bullying against teachers in schools and how the legal protection for teachers who get physical bullying by students. The research approach uses a juridical normative research method, where this method uses a statue approach. The type of research data is secondary data with primary legal material and secondary legal material. Data collection techniques in the form of library studies and data analysis techniques used are deductive. From the results of the research and the analysis carried out it can be concluded that the main factor of students bullying teachers in schools is psychology; learning programs, technology and information progress, teacher and student relations, teacher fears, family factors, free association while legal protection for teachers who get physical bullying by students if linked to Article 71 of the Juvenile Justice System Act sanctions can be in the form of coaching outside the institution, community service, supervision, job training, coaching in institutions and prisons, but in reality the sanctions given have not provided a deterrent effect, resulting in repetition of the actions carried out by students.
