The methods used include lectures, discussions, simulations, and monitoring the effectiveness of the program. The results show an improvement in the students' understanding of PHBS. Additionally, a survey in Betung Barat Village revealed that the majority of the community works as farmers with low incomes. Although basic infrastructure such as toilets is relatively adequate, 9% of households still lack proper sanitation. Adherence to posyandu activities is also low, with 56.7% of families regularly participating. This research uses a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques to measure the impact of health education on community behavior. Overall, the study emphasizes the need for economic strengthening, improved access to healthcare, and optimization of maternal and child health services as steps to improve community welfare.
2025-04-09T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##//ojs.ukb.ac.id/index.php/JPKB/article/view/914Peran Pendidikan Dalam Menekan Angka Pernikahan Dini Di Desa Karang Agung2025-04-09T07:07:08+00:00Muhammad Romadhonmadhon1989@gmail.comAulia Bella Marindaauliabella98@gmail.comPinta Arintapinta.arin9@gmail.comWayan Diah Jayantiwayandiah@gmail.comYulita Utamiyulitautamiii02@gmail.comYuni Arsih Atunsanayuniarsih@gmail.comWidia Ningsihwidianingsih@gmail.com
Early marriage remains a significant issue in Karang Agung Village, influenced by various factors, including low education levels. This study aims to analyze the role of education in reducing early marriage rates in the area. The research employed a quantitative survey method by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, with data analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicate that most respondents who entered early marriage had low educational backgrounds, with the primary reasons being lack of education (30%), cultural or traditional influences (26.7%), and other unspecified factors (43.3%). Additionally, social media (50%) was the main source of information about early marriage, while schools also played a significant role in education (43.3%). Social environments contributed to the decision to marry early for more than half of the respondents (56.7%). These findings suggest that improving access to and the quality of education can be an effective strategy for reducing early marriage rates. Therefore, stronger policies and educational programs in schools, along with broader social awareness campaigns through various media, are necessary to increase public awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage.
2025-04-09T06:54:47+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##//ojs.ukb.ac.id/index.php/JPKB/article/view/909Edukasi Dan Sosialisasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) Pada Masyarakat Desa Suka Raja2025-04-12T01:42:00+00:00Siti Salwa Hanafiahsitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comSyuaib Afri Mulanasitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comVioni Nabila Alyazasitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comRosi Anggrainisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comPutri Kiranasitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comAyu Nanisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comPutri Lestarisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comSri Handayanisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comSulastri Asriatunsitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comSumarti Agustinasitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comSuparmi Suparmisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comFitri Fitrisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comIndra Gunawansitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comGita Sopiantisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comDesi Febrianisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comMuhammad Fajrisitisalwahanafiah@gmail.comRina S.E Sitindaonsitisalwahanafiah@gmail.com
Education and socialization of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is one of the important efforts to maintain environmental cleanliness and health. One behavior that needs serious attention is the habit of littering. The purpose of this counseling activity (PHBS) is to encourage the community to dispose of waste in its place which is carried out through direct communication in the Sukaraja Village community. The data processing method used in this activity is SPSS software, to make it easier to detect the data. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that 67.5% of respondents still burned waste because the community did not know how to properly manage waste while 12% of respondents said that they littered because there was no landfill, and 8.4% of respondents disposed of waste by piling it up because the community did not know how to properly manage waste and 4.8% of respondents threw waste in the river. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that the community still burns waste because the landfill has not been provided, but we can take this from this counseling and education activity to encourage the community to change healthy behavior such as disposing of waste in its place.
2025-04-09T07:18:25+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##//ojs.ukb.ac.id/index.php/JPKB/article/view/896Penyuluhan Tentang Pernikahan Dini Pada Remaja Di Desa Benuang Kecamatan Talang Ubi Kabupaten Pali2025-04-11T07:22:23+00:00Mili Apriliamiliaprilia63@gmail.comRaissa Putri Nur Auliyaaraissaputrinurauliyaa@gmail.comMaya Agustinmayaagustinnn1717@gmail.comAhmad Dwi Rendika Akbarrendiakbardwi@gmail.comDiski Diskidiskianggraini9@gmail.comBerliana Ivoni Putriberlianaivoni@gmail.comNurul Putri Rahmadanirahma.aja145@gmail.comMeta Triyanimetatriyani66@gmail.comDilla Frisilia Oktrianillgselly@gmail.comJumana jumanajumananewoppo123@gmail.comMelsiana Melsianamelsiana425@gmail.comMegawati Megawatiplgmegawati9@gmail.comPutri Belkabelkaputri1@gmail.comFerina Indah Permataferina.indahpermata@yahoo.comPeni Lia Permata saripeniliapermata588@gmail.comYola Oktavianioktavianiyo@gmail.comNovra Vabeltavabel.nova@gmail.comSendy Pratiwi Rahmadhanirahmadhanisendypratiwi@gmail.com
Underage marriages are still common, especially in rural areas.
