Limited public knowledge can influence efforts to prevent and control this disease. This community service activity aimed to describe the implementation of health education on gout prevention in Tanjung Serang Village in 2026. The method used referred to an action research approach consisting of observation, village community deliberation, implementation of health education, and descriptive evaluation. The educational materials were delivered through lectures, interactive discussions, and educational media covering risk factors, signs and symptoms, as well as preventive measures through a low-purine diet and a healthy lifestyle. The results showed active community participation involving 104 respondents in the health education activity. Participants were able to identify risk factors, types of high-purine foods, and preventive measures for gout through healthy dietary habits and physical activity. Various studies indicate that approximately 20–30% of school-age children have been involved in bullying, either as victims, perpetrators, or witnesses. Initial observations at SDN 16 Kayuagung also identified indications of bullying behavior and the lack of structured anti-bullying outreach activities. This community service activity aimed to provide education on bullying prevention and increase students' understanding of its forms, impacts, and prevention methods. The activity was conducted with 62 fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students using a participatory educational method that included delivering material using PowerPoint presentations, providing case studies, singing anti-bullying songs, and a question-and-answer session. Evaluation was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods through participatory observation of student engagement and responses during the activity. Results showed a positive response from students and identified an increased understanding of the concept of bullying and the importance of maintaining respectful social behavior in the school environment. In Celikah Village, drugs are still found to be stored without regard for temperature, humidity, and expiration dates. This condition has the potential to pose health risks and environmental pollution due to the use of damaged or expired drugs. This community service activity aims to increase community knowledge and awareness regarding the correct management of household drugs based on the principle of Obtain, Use, Store, and Dispose of Drugs Properly (DAGUSIBU). The activity was carried out by students of the Community Service Program (KKN) of Kader Bangsa University, targeting 30 housewives and village health cadres. The implementation method included preparation, coordination with the village government and health workers, preparation of educational materials, and implementation of counseling through lectures, interactive discussions, and distribution of leaflets. Evaluation of the activity was carried out through observation and a question and answer session to assess participants' understanding of the material provided. The activity began with participation in a toddler posyandu (integrated health post) and continued with the delivery of material on how to obtain, use, store, and dispose of drugs safely and rationally. The results of the activity showed that before the education, there were still drug storage habits that did not meet standards. After the activity, participants were able to recognize the signs of damaged and expired medications and understand the importance of proper medication storage. ARI has long-term consequences for children, one of which can inhibit their growth. In the long term, this infection can inhibit growth, and infections that are not treated properly can be fatal. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding to the community about what is meant by respiratory tract examination in children, factors that cause ARI, characteristics and symptoms of ARI, steps to prevent ARI, and how to treat and care for ARI. This activity method is carried out using a health education method based on lecture discussions on ARI and is carried out within a period of 60 minutes. The counseling material includes symptoms of ARI, steps to prevent ARI, and actions that must be taken if someone experiences these symptoms. The results of the counseling on preventing ARI went well and the enthusiasm of the community was seen when discussing with the resource person. In this community service activity, there was a pre-test, 70% of the community had poor knowledge about ARI. After being given disease prevention education ARI, community knowledge increased during the post-test by 80%. Low public knowledge about PHBS can increase the risk of these diseases. Preliminary study results in Serigeni Lama Village showed that some community members had not fully implemented clean and healthy living behaviors in their daily lives. This study aimed to determine the implementation of PHBS counseling as an effort to prevent DHF and diarrhea in the community of Serigeni Lama Village. The research method used was descriptive with a quantitative approach using a one group pretest–posttest design. The activity was carried out on February 6, 2026, at the Serigeni Lama Village Hall with 95 community members participating in the counseling activity. The results showed that before the counseling, most participants were in the poor knowledge category with 45 people (47%), followed by moderate knowledge with 32 people (34%), and good knowledge with 18 people (19%). After the counseling, the good knowledge category increased to 67 people (71%), moderate knowledge became 21 people (22%), and poor knowledge decreased to 7 people (7%). Parental knowledge plays an important role in ensuring optimal healing. Preliminary observations in Kedaton Village indicated limited community understanding of post-circumcision wound care. This program aimed to improve knowledge through health education and free wound examinations. The intervention was conducted on February 12, 2026, involving more than 30 participants, using lectures, discussions, demonstrations, and educational posters. The results showed improved participant understanding of proper wound care techniques, early signs of infection, and the importance of regular monitoring. The main problems faced by the partner include limited knowledge of modern marketing strategies, lack of strong brand identity, and minimal use of digital media for product marketing. The methods used in this program include field observation, interviews with SME actors, branding training, and digital marketing assistance through social media and marketplace platforms. The activities also include designing product logos, improving packaging, and creating social media accounts as promotional media. The results indicate an increase in the partner's understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies, as well as wider marketing reach for the kerupuk kulit product. With improved branding strategies and the use of digital media, it is expected that the kerupuk kulit product owned by Mr. Boni will become more widely recognized and increase its sales performance. However, its implementation still faces various environmental and behavioral challenges. This community service activity aimed to analyze factors related to the implementation of PHBS at the household level in Cinta Raja Village. The method used was a quantitative approach with an analytic survey design through a Community Self Survey (Survei Mawas Diri/SMD) involving 100 household heads selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed descriptively using frequency distribution and percentages. The results showed that the lowest PHBS indicators included the presence of mosquito larvae (49%), poor household environmental cleanliness (40%), and uncovered waste containers (39%). This disease remains a relevant public health issue in Indonesia, necessitating preventive measures through public education. This community service program aims to increase public knowledge and awareness regarding the risks of DHF and prevention methods. The chosen approach is direct outreach and outreach to residents of Jua Jua Village, Kayu Agung District. This activity involves providing information on the causes, modes of transmission, signs, and preventive measures for DHF, such as maintaining environmental cleanliness, combating mosquito breeding sites, and using mosquito repellents. The results of this activity indicate that the community is becoming more aware of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness to prevent the increase in the mosquito population that causes DHF. The enthusiasm shown by the community during this program indicates an increased awareness of disease prevention efforts. The utilization of Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) represents a practical community empowerment strategy to support self-reliant healthcare. This community service activity aimed to provide education and hands-on training on TOGA cultivation to the community in Jua-Jua Village. A participatory and experiential learning approach was applied, involving PKK members and community service students. Activities included land preparation, educational counseling, and practical planting of medicinal plants such as ginger, turmeric, white turmeric, lemongrass, basil, pandan, red betel, and cat’s whiskers. Evaluation was conducted through participatory observation and group discussions. The results indicated active participant involvement and the establishment of a TOGA garden as a medium for health education and community empowerment. The activity increased community awareness of medicinal plant utilization and encouraged the optimization of home yards as sources of natural remedies. The habit of the teloko village community of disposing of a waste indiscriminately into rivers contributes to the rapid breeding of mostiquitoes as vectors of dengue transmission, one of the efforts to pravent DHF is the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior ( CHLB). This study aimed to improve and assess the knowledge and attitudes of 44 residents of teloko village regarding DHF prevention and the implementation of CHLB. The method used was a quasi-experiemn design with a one group pre -test and post- test approach. The activity was conducted through healt education sassioms followed by question and answer discussions involving 44 participants. The level of knowledge was measured using a structured questionnaire administered before ( pre- test ) and after ( post- test) in intervention. The results showed an improvement in the knowledge and understanding of the participants after the health education intervention. Counseling activities serve as an educational approach to guide communities in maintaining environmental cleanliness. This activity aimed to describe the implementation of PHBS counseling in maintaining environmental cleanliness among the community of Serigeni Baru Village. The method used was a community service activity with an evaluative approach using a one group pretest–posttest design. The activity was conducted at the Village Head’s residence for approximately 45 minutes with a total of 30 participants. The results showed that the activity was carried out in an orderly manner and received active participation from the community. Evaluation results indicated an increase in knowledge level, where the proportion of participants in the good category increased from 6 people (20%) in the pretest to 20 people (67%) in the posttest, while the poor category decreased from 14 people (47%) to 3 people (10%). Participants were also actively involved in discussions and able to restate the material delivered. Adolescent girls are at higher risk of anemia due to increased iron requirements during growth and blood loss during menstruation. Lack of knowledge about anemia and the importance of iron supplementation leads to low awareness among adolescent girls about preventing anemia. This community service activity aims to increase adolescent girls' knowledge and awareness of the importance of consuming iron tablets as a preventive measure against anemia. The activity was carried out at MTs Subulussalam, targeting adolescent girls through health education methods. The stages of the activity included preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The material was delivered through lectures, discussions, and question and answer sessions on the definition of anemia, its causes, effects, the benefits of iron tablets, and the correct way to consume them. The activity was evaluated using a pretest-posttest questionnaire on anemia knowledge and iron tablet consumption among adolescent girls. Based on the results obtained, the number of adolescents with good knowledge increased from 9 (21.95%) to 36 (87.80%). This case study evaluates the effectiveness of the Elderly Posyandu in Kutaraya Village, Ogan Komering Ilir, in preventing chronic diseases through a participatory approach for 12 days (February 2-14, 2026), with a focus on educational counseling and cadre training on February 9, 2026. The method includes the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages using pre-post tests of elderly knowledge (target increase ≥25%), participation absence (≥80%), and observation of cadre behavior. The results show that the majority of elderly do not understand the early detection of chronic diseases. After the activity, they were able to repeat the material and were motivated to regularly attend the Elderly Posyandu.
