Prenatal Yoga helps expectant mothers prepare themselves to face childbirth with confidence, happiness, comfort, without fear, as well as strengthening and forming body posture. The aim of this service is to increase the knowledge and participation of pregnant women in carrying out prenatal yoga exercises to improve health and reduce discomfort during pregnancy. The steps for this activity consist of establishing relationships, submitting proposals and setting schedules, as well as involving an evaluation process with a question and answer session. This counseling includes lecture methods, discussions, practices, and audio-visual media during prenatal yoga. The result of this community service activity is that 60% of pregnant women had poor knowledge about prenatal yoga before receiving counseling. After being provided with information about prenatal yoga, the knowledge of pregnant women increased by about 90%. This activity is aimed at increasing participants' understanding the beneficial impacts of medicinal plants and to process involved. The method applied is a lecture followed by immediate discussion using leaflets involving the types, the uses and the processing of family medicinal plants. In this era of globalization and free competition, there is a tendency for mental disorders to increase. According to the World Health Organization Asia Pacific region (WHO SEARO) there are around 450 million people suffering from mental and behavioral disorders worldwide. The importance of the role of family and community in helping improve clients' abilities and preventing relapse is one of the main reasons for the importance of implementing mental nursing care using the Community Mental Health Nursing (CMHN) approach (Keliat, 2011). The aim of this activity is to socialize health workers and the public about CMHN in order to minimize the occurrence of mental health disorders. The method used is socialization of the community Mental Health Nursing program to community leaders, cadres providing outreach to mental health cadres (KKJ) about early detection, home visits and community mobilization as well as health education to the community about CMHN. The results of this activity showed that there were 16 participants in the activity and it went according to the existing plan. The conclusion obtained is that there has been an increase in cadre knowledge after the socialization of the CMHN program and it is hoped that in the future the Sako Health Center will have special cadres for mental health in the community.

Rahmi Imelisa, Riko Sandra Putra ##submission.copyrightStatement## //ojs.ukb.ac.id/index.php/JPKB/article/view/872 Wed, 15 Jan 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Sosialisasi Peningkatan Pemahaman Kesehatan Mental Pada Remaja //ojs.ukb.ac.id/index.php/JPKB/article/view/871
Adolescence is a dynamic phase of development and undergoes many changes in the life of adolescents.
