This is because people who live in rural areas still have little knowledge about the dangers of underage marriage. Marriages at this age are mostly carried out by women with low educational status and who also come from families with low economic status. The aim of this research is to look at the influence of knowledge about early marriage and the impact of early marriage in Kerta Dewa Musi Rawas Village, North Lubuk Linggau in 2024. Research method This research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Qualitative is an approach that underlies a socialphenomenon that exists in human life or patterns that are analyzed against ordinary social phenomena by using the culture of the society concerned or obtaining an overview of the rules that apply. The key informant, namely the Head Kerta Dewa Village and teenagers who carry out underage marriages in Kerta Dewa Village, North Musi Rawas Regency and several residents under 35 years of age.Research conducted on women under 35 years of age showed that the majority of respondents, namely 20 people (100%) 14 people (70%) had the wrong level of knowledge and only around 6 people (30%) had the correct level of knowledge so that the majority of respondents (70%) had knowledge that was not good or correct. Meanwhile, knowledge is one of the important factors that influences the incidence of child marriage. Previous studies concluded that one of the factors that causes child marriage is the lack of good background knowledge (Aychiluhm et al, 2021). One of the problems that teenagers often experience during menstruation is menstrual pain. Dysminorrhea can be treated by administering pharmacological therapy with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and non-pharmacological therapy with acupressure techniques. administering Zusanli point acupressure (ST36) is effective in reducing dysmenorrhea in adolescents. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of administering Zusanli point (ST36) acupressure on menstrual pain among female adolescents at Tahfidh Al HIdayah Middle School. Method: The research used was quasi-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The sample in this study was 30 young women who were experiencing dysmenorrhea on the first day of menstruation at Tahfidh Al Hidayah Middle School. Results: The average pain scale for menstrual pain/dysminorrhea before the acupressure intervention at the Zusanli point or ST36 point was 8.83, while the average pain scale for menstrual pain/dysminorrhea after the intervention was 3.433. There is a significant effect of acupressure therapy at the Zusanli point (ST 36) on menstrual pain/dysminorrhea in young women with a value of p: 0.000 (p<0.005) with a strong correlation level (0.818). Conclusion: There is a strong correlation of acupressure therapy at the Zusanli point (ST 36) on menstrual pain/dysminorrhea in young women. Suggestion: There is a need to increase knowledge and education on the management of dysmenorrhea using non-pharmacological methods, namely acupressure at the Zusanli point (ST36) to reduce complaints of menstrual pain/dysmenorrhea in young women.

2024-07-15T07:26:01+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##//ojs.ukb.ac.id/index.php/Jk/article/view/797Gambaran Pemberian Hidroterapi Air Hangat dan Eco Enzyme Terhadap Nilai Tekanan Darah2024-07-19T08:16:57+00:00Venny Mayumi Gultom[email protected]Ari Darmansyah[email protected]
Blood pressure is a crucial element in the functioning of the body's circulatory system. Blood pressure fluctuations, both rising and falling, potentially affect the internal balance of the body. Hypertension can cause damage to blood vessels and vital organs such as the heart, kidneys, and brain. By contrast, low blood pressure (hypotension) can cause dizziness, fatigue, and in severe cases, even fainting or shock. One of the non-pharmacological ways to lower blood pressure is to use hydrotherapy, like sinking the legs. The aim of this study is to identify differences in blood pressure before and after foot immersion therapy using warm water and eco enzymes. The design of this study is a pre-experiment one group pretest-postest. The population of this study was the entire population in the area of the study, with sampling done using purposive samplings with the inclusion criteria of ages 20-60 years old, physically healthy, and without an injury to the ankle. The exclusion criteria included pregnant women and subjects who were unwilling to participate as respondents, which is as many as 30 people as samples. Foot immersion therapy is performed using warm water mixed with eco enzymes, with temperature conditions ranging from 38°C to 40°C, for 30 minutes. The results of this study showed that there was a difference between the systolic and diastolic blood pressure values before and after the administration of foot immersion therapy with eco enzymes. The results suggest that people with hypertension can do their own foot immersion therapy at home as a preventive effort to control the rise in blood pressure and reduce the risk of complications, thereby improving their quality of life.
2024-07-19T08:16:50+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##//ojs.ukb.ac.id/index.php/Jk/article/view/802Terapi Seni Pada Pasien Anak dengan Kanker : Literatur Review2024-07-22T02:31:22+00:00Alvian Harisandy[email protected]Erik Rosadi[email protected]Fitri Afdhal[email protected]Dandi Oka Subantara[email protected]Anggia Prima Sari[email protected]
Children with cancer will face physical, psychological, social and spiritual problems and can lead to death throughout the course of the disease.
