Abstract

Air transportation plays a very important role in the development of a country's economy because airplanes are an efficient, dynamic and fast means of transportation. An aircraft is also a transportation that is of high security and comfort in terms of service to passengers, if the rules and standard operating procedures of the aviation law are truly carried out in accordance with applicable procedures. The type of research data is secondary data with primary legal material and secondary legal material. The collection technique is library research. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.
