Effect of Competency and Work Placement on Employee Performance at PT Adhya Avia Prima
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Competence and Work Placement on Employee Performance at PT Adhya Avia Prima at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, East Jakarta in 2021. The method used was quantitative method, and used data analysis techniques, namely linear regression analysis and correlation analysis. With a population of 103 employees and a sample of 82 employees of PT Adhya Avia Prima at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, East Jakarta. PT Adhya Avia Prima at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, East Jakarta is a company engaged in aircraft transportation services for the transportation of goods. The results of the joint competency analysis and work placement on the performance of PT Adhya Avia Prima employees at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport in East Jakarta are shown by the multiple regression equation Y = 13.692 + 0.429 X1 + 0.238 X2. The regression equation shows a correlation if the competence and work placement together increase, the employee's performance will also increase. The strength of the relationship between competence and job placement on employee performance is positive and is at a relatively strong level as indicated by the multiple correlation coefficient Ry12 = 0.464. The contribution of competence and work placement to employee performance is 21.54%, which means that Dermage utilization is determined by competence and work placement together.
