Peer Review Proccess

Journal of Health Science (JOHS) has a review policy for all submitted manuscripts. The process is as follows:

  1. The author submits the manuscript..

  2. The Editor submits the manuscript to the Reviewer via double blind review.

  3. The Reviewer submits the review results to the Editor to be forwarded to the Author.

  4. The Editor checks the manuscript with Turnitin software to check for plagiarism. 

  5. The results of the plagiarism check and the review results determine whether the manuscript is ACCEPTED or REJECTED.

  6. The author corrects the manuscript according to the reviewer's notes and suggestions and returns the manuscript to the Editor via OJS.

  7. The Copy Editor checks the manuscript to ensure that it complies with the editorial board's policies.

  8. The Proofreader checks the manuscript to ensure that it complies with EYD.

  9. The Layout Editor checks the manuscript to ensure that it complies with the template and the rules of the environment.

  10. The journal manager is ready to publish the manuscript according to the publication period.

The review process takes two months. Authors are requested to actively monitor OJS and cooperate to go through the ongoing process.
